Jason Wunsch
Founding Partner
Jason Wunsch is the founding partner of the Law Offices of Wunsch and Cruz. He represents individuals and families throughout Harnett, Wake and surrounding counties, with an emphasis on careful preparation and clear guidance.
Practice and community
Jason’s practice focuses on criminal defense, DWI, traffic matters and select civil cases. A North Carolina resident since 1987, he has also served in local government and community organizations.
He served three terms as a Fuquay-Varina Town Commissioner and previously chaired the town’s Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. He founded Today in the Quay, a local media platform featuring small businesses and community stories.
Jason lives in Fuquay-Varina with his wife, Tricia, and their family. Outside his legal work, he enjoys local history, community projects and creative pursuits.
